ACH Debit or Credit
APEX offers members the convenience of ACH Debit or Credit transactions. Simply complete the appropriate ACH authorization form, and Apex can debit or credit your account at another institution, to make payments from or deposit funds to your Apex account. There are no checks to write, stamps to purchase or trips to the post office required.

ACH Auto Debit Authorization Form (PDF)- Authorize APEX to initiate debit entries from an account at another financial institution.
