Apex accounts are federally insured
Apex Community Federal Credit Union is chartered by the federal government and regulated by the National Credit Union Administration (NCUA). Member deposits up to $250,000 are federally insured by the National Credit Union Share Insurance Fund (NCUSIF).
IRAs are covered separately up to $250,000.
Additional Share Insurance
More coverage means greater security
Apex Community FCU accounts are further secured by the Excess Share Insurance Company, which provides additional coverage up to a total of $500,000 (IRA accounts up to a total of $500,000). Please feel free to call our offices for further information.
