Remember to maintain adequate
insurance for your vehicle. It's
not only the law but it's also
required under your loan
agreement with APEX
Community Federal Credit
Union. You promise under the
loan agreement that you will
keep your vehicle insured against
fire, theft and collision until the
loan is paid in full. You also
agree to not change the terms of
your insurance, such as
increasing the amount of your
deductible, without APEX's prior
approval. The insurance must be
satisfactory to APEX and protect
your interests and APEX's
interests at the time of any
insured loss. The insurance must
be sold by a company qualified
to do business in Pennsylvania,
name APEX as the "loss payee,"
and provide APEX 10-day's
written notice prior to any
cancellation or reduction in
coverage.
APEX can demand proof of
insurance for your vehicle at any
time during the term of the loan.
If you fail to provide proof of
adequate insurance, APEX has
the right to take certain actions
including, but not limited to,
purchasing insurance (potentially
at a higher rate) for the vehicle
and demanding payment from
you, repossession of the vehicle,
and file suit for attorneys' fees
and costs. Additionally, if you
are caught driving without
insurance, you can face
criminal penalties including
suspension of your
vehicle's registration and
your driver's license.
Remember to inform APEX
if you are considering changing
insurance companies. If you have
any questions about insuring your
vehicle, please feel free to contact
APEX. APEX Community

to eligible members. If you have
signed up for Courtesy Pay,
please be aware that:
- Courtesy Pay will cover any
overdrafts on your checking
account to a set limit -
generally $500.
- Courtesy Pay is
discretionary: APEX reserves
the right not to pay if certain
criteria are not met, for
example, we typically do not
pay overdrafts if your
account is not in good
standing, or if you are not
making regular deposits.
- When Courtesy Pay pays an
overdraft for you, you will be
charged our normal overdraft
fee, currently $30.00 for each
item.
Individuals who are planning to
sign up for Courtesy Pay or who
have recently signed up should
note that Courtesy Pay goes into

for at least 45 days. If you have
any questions about Courtesy

Due to an increase in
international fraud, APEX
has instituted TranBlocker on
all accounts! TranBlocker is a
powerful, real-time, webbased
ATM/Debit fraud
deterrent tool. TranBlocker
protects your financial
accounts by automatically
blocking all international
activity on your account.
If you travel regularly and

TranBlocker removed from
your account permanently,
call APEX at 610-323-4135 and we will be glad to assist

As a financial institution,
APEX Community Federal

federal regulations. One of
these regulations, know as

calendar month. If you exceed
these limits, your account will
be subject to a fee and possible
closure.
Note: You may make unlimited
transfers to pay a loan and have
no restrictions for in-person, by
mail, night drop or ATM
transactions.
